Within Cairo, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. For orders outside Cairo, Egypt, we ship within 7–10 business days depending on location. You'll receive a tracking number once your bag ships.

We want you to love your tote. If there's a defect in print or stitching, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and in original condition.

We do take custom requests for larger orders. Please reach out through our contact form with your idea, and we'll discuss pricing, timeline, and minimum quantities. Custom work typically takes 2–3 weeks.

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and cash on delivery for orders within Cairo, Egypt. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
